From Rt 78 West: Take exit 3 to merge onto US-22 toward NJ-122/Phillipsburg/Alpha and go 2.8 miles. Take the ramp onto US-22 W/Memorial Pkwy and go 0.6 miles. The office is on the right just past S 1st Street.
